Turkey kick-off event of the
Regional Business Incubators’ Network project

The Kick-off Meeting of launching the Regional Black Sea Business Incubators’ Network (BI-Net) project, financed from the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI) and from the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), in the framework of the cross-border cooperation programme for the Black Sea Basin will take place in Samsun, Turkey on 21st of May 2012, in the premises of Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA). At kick-off the meeting will participate a number of representatives of business incubators, business support organizations and mass-media.
The event will be opened with welcoming speeches by Mrs. Iulia IABANJI, General Director, and Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises Sector Development, Republic of Moldova, ENPI Lead Partnerand by Mr. Mevlut OZEN, Secretary General, Middle Black Sea Development Agency, Turkey, IPA Lead Beneficiary. Their presentation will be continued with short description of each partner and the project description, so that all the participants will have the opportunity to discuss the project objectives, expected results and planning.
